1. Reservations & Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the selected cancellation policy.

Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy

Refer to our flexible and non-refundable cancellation policies outlined during booking.
4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and staff.

Any damage caused by guests will result in additional charges.
5. Property Use

Rooms are for registered guests only. Hosting additional people without prior approval is prohibited.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
6. Liability & Security

Habari House is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use the room safe provided.

The management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays for breach of these terms.
7. Children & Pets

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
8. Data Protection & Privacy

We value your privacy and protect your personal data according to applicable laws.
9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for interruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible booking options to accommodate our guests’ needs. Please review our cancellation policies based on the selected booking type:
1. Flexible - 1 Day (General)

Free cancellation until 1 day before arrival.

Cancellations within 1 day of arrival incur a charge for the first night.

No prepayment required.
2. Non-refundable

Guests are charged the full reservation amount upon booking.

Cancellations at any time result in a 100% charge.
3. Flexible - 2 Days (48-Hour Policy)

Free cancellation until 2 days before arrival.

Cancellations within 2 days of arrival incur a 100% reservation charge.
-
Full prepayment required within the 2-day window.

Day Guest Pass Policy
We offer the Day Guest Pass to share our Swahili hospitality with local and non-overnight guests in a structured, inclusive, and legally compliant way. It allows visitors to enjoy the atmosphere, refreshments, and spaces of Habari House while maintaining the integrity of our guest experience.
1. Access & Duration
The Day Guest Pass allows up to 4 hours of access (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) by registration only, at TZS 10,000 per guest, redeemable on your bill.

Entry is available by advance booking or approved walk-ins (space permitting).

Time is limited to 4 hours to maintain comfort for all guests.

The full amount is credited toward food or drink during your visit.
2. Identification & Conduct
Valid ID is required at check-in; no outside food or beverages permitted

All guests must show valid identification upon arrival.

Outside food, drink, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
-
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

3. Hospitality & Compliance
This package is structured to ensure legal compliance and offer Swahili hospitality to local guests in a respectful, regulated format.

All guests are treated with the same care as overnight visitors.

The package is part of our licensed hospitality offering.
